1. Information We Collect

VitaTrack stores the following data locally on your device:

• Workout details (exercise names, sets, reps, weights)
• Workout history by date
• Program schedules and day assignments
• Nutrition logs and macro goals
• Hydration logs
• Weight logs and optional progress photos
• Optional workout videos
• Goals, reminders, and app preferences

2. Apple HealthKit Data

If you grant permission, VitaTrack reads HealthKit data such as sleep analysis, HRV, resting heart rate, workouts, activity, and steps to calculate Recovery, Strain, and Sleep insights. VitaTrack may also write workouts, weight, and water you log in the app to Apple Health so it stays in sync.

Health data is used only to power app features and is not sold or shared by VitaTrack. You can revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Camera and Photo Library

VitaTrack can use your camera to scan nutrition labels and barcodes, and your photo library to attach progress photos or workout videos. Images are processed on device. VitaTrack does not upload your photos or videos unless you explicitly share them.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device. VitaTrack does not maintain its own servers for personal data storage. Deleting the app removes local data unless your device backs it up (for example, via iCloud device backups).

5. Network Services We Use

Some features send limited data to third‑party services:

• Food search and barcode lookup: Requests may be sent to Open Food Facts and the USDA FoodData Central API to retrieve nutrition data.
• In‑app purchases: Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit and the App Store.

Only the information necessary to perform these lookups (such as a search term or barcode) is sent to those services.

6. No Account Required

VitaTrack does not require an account or sign‑in. We do not collect your name, email, or other personal identifiers to use the app.

7. Analytics and Tracking

VitaTrack does not use third‑party analytics or tracking tools.

8. Third‑Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share limited data with the third‑party services described above when you use those features.

9. Children’s Privacy

VitaTrack is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You control your data. You can delete or modify your logs at any time within the app, or by removing the app from your device.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
